Sea Kayaking Tour, St Bornö and Bassholmen

A top tour from Skår's Camping by the beach of Gullmarsfjorden. We get together in the morning and have briefings about the equipment and security in the Kayak. We want to paddle as much as possible and directly after the briefing we start paddling into Gullmarsfjorden. We circle around St Bornö och have a light lunch on a nice beach. After our return the dinner is served, made over open fire at the boat house by the beach side. Here the breakfast next morning also will be served. We sleep in tents during the night, and we have only a few hundred meters to shower and WC.

The next day we paddle on towards Nordströmmarna and Bassholmen, Paddling in the skerries for the beginner as well as for the advanced, who wants to enjoy a silent paddling with a lot of history and overflow of nature. We bring our own lunch and eat by one of our beach raids.

Adventure Day Rocks and Rapids

At last we now make a complete tour with both climbing and rapids paddling

This is suitable for the company or buddies who want to experience a hole day of adventure. You decide which activity to start first. E g rapids paddling in the morning until the stomage reminds us that we are hungry. After a steady lunch everbody can try out climbing the rocks on top rope and rapell during safe conditions.

The Bohus Combat at Gullmarsfjorden

This is the perfect company activity, where everybody can be participating. You work in teams and compete in different mad, funny and unifying games. We finish the day with a cosy dinner in a boat house. The food to be barbecued on the spot or catered. Choose among the following games:

• The head on the nail - a log with an extrem nail to be hammered down in the log at a minimum number of beats
• The blind course - a hurdle course where the competitor has eye binding and shall get through the course by the help of verbal instructions from the team, the person must not
• The avalanche searcher - a tranciever is hidden on a suitable spot from the team, two from the team are supplied with receiver and try to find the tranciever
• The treasure coffin - coffin filled with things which should be observed for 1 minute. The participants will answer on detailed questions about the content of the coffin
• The Millepede - a number of notes with tasks to be fulfilled, the more you fulfill =the more points you get
• Tug-of-war
• Axe throw
• Blindly - a rope is layed and all participants have eye bindings, the participants are placed out and shall thereafter form a square by cooperation
• The beach cleaner - the team is equipped with plastic gloves and shall at a certain time collect as much garbage as possible, the fullest garbage bag is winner
• The log - a log to be sawed off at shortest time. All participants must saw for 30 seconds before change of person may take place
• Slingshot shooting
• Rope snake - a rope is layed out and the team should cooperate to find out the length of the rope

Our climbing courses are led by an instructor, authorized by the Swedish climbing Federation and thereby you can feel assured that your instructor has the right competence, and the course a proper content.
All our participents have an accident insurance during our courses.

Adventure week in Norwegian Stryn

Follow us on an "All-inclusive" tour with a ticket to the top adventure! During a whole week you can try out different adventure sports, such as rapids paddling, glacier walk, climbing and ice climbing. You will expericence a beautiful fjord- and mountain landscape, where white mountain peaks meet the sky and the glaciers run completely down in the valleys.

Try out rapids paddling

Do you want to try out rapids paddling, to see if this is something for you? This is perfect as an introduction before our beginner's course, as birthday gift or as a shower adventure, etc.

We go just outside Uddevalla, the rapids are perfect to try out. If you dare, there is a waterfall to explore, over the surface as well as under.

All necessary equipment is supplied by Uteguiderna.

Multisport light

Challenge your buddies on an adventure duel! Compete against the boss or the other department in a quick adventure! What about cycling, orienteering, canoeing and different secret, and perhaps dizzy moments?

Will the boss dare? Do you accept the challange?

After the challenge, you and your friends are invited to a simpler dinner buffet where the winner is selected.

Team development

These 3 days are mainly aimed as an acticity to strengthen the group and to take the first steps into the team's firo circle (group process).

The planning is based on team work, where the group rather freely will come to solutions. We (Uteguiderna) will make it possible for the team to reflect upon made actions and we will help the team further by our observations.

This will be done by the help of communication and feedback as well as repeated ”flash backs” on performed moments.

Our main intention is to make everybody aware of the importance of cooperation towards the same objective, to have good communication, to give feedback aiming to help and strengthen the individuals of the team to reach the best possible result.

All this is done in a situation which is unknown to most people, e g a survival test moment.

This course will be planned according to your own goals and activity preferences.

Try-out-climbing

Perhaps you just want to know if climbing is something for you, well this is perfect to test with us during safe conditions. Your guide prepare top rope and a rapelling station for climbing .

Equipment is supplied by Uteguiderna. Bring suitable clothing.
